Armani designs Roman Apartments *Fly!

Just when I got excited about perhaps taking over ownership of a 7 unit apartment in Richmond CA…. reality smacks me again about just how much freakin’ money is out there in our world! *LOL..Giorgio Armani Real Estate.. I love it…

Designer Giorgio Armani’s Armani Casa is now in charge of the interior decor exclusively for Rome’s Cavour220 project. The project will consist of 62 units on a historical block right behind the Coliseum. The project is 6-linked buildings which all share one central garden along the Via Cavour. Armani is infamous for that minimalist style of design, similar to what was done with his designs in Manhattan high rise units…I can only imagine for now…

Photobucket

Available in early 2010, owners will be able to customize interiors to a certain extent as units start at 1Million Euros, which includes full-time concierge from Quintessentially who will be able to organize airport transfers, day trips, restaurant reservations and whatever the hell you want 24/7. Unbelievable..

Bullet Proof Bentley, ( I Can Dig It )

Tuesday, July 14th, 2009

Photobucket
Is your life worth half a million dollars? Sure, but I remember spending about $300 purchasing my first safari bullet proof level III ballistic vest a couple years ago…I guess the world has become much more dangerous eversince LOL and Bentley is ontop of it. Featuring military-grade B6-level protection, the upgrade makes this super-luxe sedan WWIII prepared. Excerpt: “With no virtually alteration to the outside appearance and adjustments to handle the extra weight without sacrificing the 552-hp engine’s performance, the changes are subtle but effective: ballistic steel in the doors, pillars, overlaps and sides of the vehicle, bulletproof glass, run flat tires, an explosion-proof gas tank, kevlar flooring, and more. Other security options include a self-contained oxygen supply system in case of a poison gas attack and exploding hinge bolts that blast open the doors should a speedy exit become imperative.”

unbelievable - jesse the HR.
